This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and what rights you have. We follow the Montenegrin Law on Personal Data Protection and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

  • When you send a request through the form: your email address and the message you write, plus the date and time it was sent.
  • When you contact us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp: your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
  • When you visit the website: our server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request.

Please don't include sensitive information, such as health data or payment card details, in your message. We don't need it to answer you.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Fonts are served from our own server, so visiting the site doesn't send your data to font providers.

Why we use it

  • To answer your request and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To work with you if you become a client. Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legal obligations, for example accounting and tax records.
  • To keep the website running and secure, using server logs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website from abuse.

We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

Who receives it

  • Our team members who handle requests and projects.
  • The provider that hosts our website and stores the requests on its servers.
  • Telegram, which we use to receive notifications about new requests. The contents of your request pass through Telegram's servers.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us there.
  • Public authorities, only where the law requires it.

Transfers outside Montenegro and the EU

Some of these providers, including Telegram and Meta, may process data outside Montenegro and the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the law allows, such as the provider's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Requests that don't lead to a project are deleted within 12 months of our last contact with you.
  • Client data is kept for the duration of our work together and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
  • Server logs are kept for up to 30 days, unless we need them to investigate an attack.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your data;
  • restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it;
  • send your data to you or another company in a common electronic format.

We'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro. If you live in the EU, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Security

The website and the request form work over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only people who need the data for their work have access to it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
