Using this website

The website describes our services and the software we've built. It is for information only and is not an offer to sign a contract. The scope, price and timeline of any project are set out in a written proposal and agreed in a separate contract. If that contract differs from this website, the contract applies.

When you send us a request, please give accurate contact details. Don't use the form to send spam, and don't try to disrupt the website or access parts of it that aren't meant for you.

Demos

The live demos show examples of software we've built. They use made-up data and exist for illustration only. Please don't enter real personal or payment information in them. Demos can change, be reset or be unavailable at any time without notice.

Intellectual property

The text, design, images and demos on this website belong to Bitee Solutions DOO Budva or are used with permission. You may view them and share links to them, but you may not copy or reuse them without our written consent. Rights to the software we build for clients are set out in the contract with each client.

The website may link to websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

We keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees that it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses that result from using the website or the demos. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
